President
Ross is a contrarian at heart, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence that has propelled Future West Solar to become a leader in the industry. Refusing to follow the status quo, he has consistently challenged conventional wisdom, pushing boundaries and setting new standards for quality and customer service. This unyielding commitment to doing things differently has been a key factor in the company’s rapid growth and success. Beyond work, Ross believes that nothing is impossible—a philosophy he is passionately instilling in his children. He strives to lead by example in all aspects of life, demonstrating that with determination and a fearless attitude, they can achieve great things and overcome any obstacles. Whether it’s through family adventures, personal challenges, or simply being present and supportive, Ross is committed to showing his kids that life’s greatest rewards come from pushing limits and believing in their limitless potential.
Andres Guzman
Finance Director
With a keen interest in Accounting and a sharp business mind, Andres Guzman is our Finance Director. He has been with Future West Solar since its earliest days and has a solid understanding of every aspect of the business. Outside of work, Andres is an enthusiastic dirt bike rider and all around sportsman. He truly embodies the "work hard, play hard" ethos of Future West Solar. Andres can always be counted on to lend a hand across all departments and to always be a team player, whatever it takes.

Connor is passionate about both people and the planet. An avid mountain biker and dedicated environmentalist, he brings his love for the outdoors into everything he does at Future West Solar. Connor thrives on connecting with the homeowners we serve, making each interaction genuine and meaningful. His enthusiasm for sustainability and his care for others make him a natural fit for our mission of helping families switch to clean energy.
Carlos Guzman
PV Design Specialist
Originally from Mexico, Carlos brings both skill and passion to his role as our Design Specialist. When he’s not crafting precise solar designs, you’ll often find him outdoors, exploring nature. Carlos is also preparing for one of life’s biggest adventures—becoming a father to his first son—and his excitement shines through in everything he does. His dedication, creativity, and love for the outdoors make him an invaluable part of our team.
