As a BDC Sales Rep you will play a crucial role in our company's success. You will be responsible for cold calling local customers in each of our markets, introducing the concept of solar energy, and booking high-quality appointments for our solar consultants. Additionally, you will follow up with leads and customers in our database, ensuring a smooth sales process and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role is the heart of our business, keeping everything moving and driving our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold and warm calls to local customers

  • Introduce the concept of solar energy and its benefits

  • Book high-quality appointments for solar consultants

  • Follow up with leads and customers to gather necessary data for system design

  • Answer inbound phone calls and book appointments

  • Quickly reply to and manage inbound internet leads

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments

  • Communicate effectively with customers to overcome objections and provide excellent service


Qualifications:

  • Comfortable and confident on the phone

  • Previous sales experience required

  • Ability to overcome objections

  • Strong ability to work in software programs such as CRM, Google Workspace, etc.

  • Fluent in English, other languages an asset

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented

Compensation:

  • This role is 100% commission

  • Paid per appointment

  • Potential to earn six figures (based on productivity and performance)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Early shift 8am start and late shift 10am start

  • Weekend/Evening on call rotation
